Building Permits Sec. 6-36
No person shall build or cause to be built, enlarge, alter, repair or
remove any building or structure in the village without first securing a
building permit to do so as provided in this division.
Licenses Required Sec. 10-21(b)
Contractors. Business trades maintaining occupancy within village limits whether general contractor or sub contractor shall be charged one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). All others as stated below:
General contractors . . . $150.00
Subcontractors . . . 125.00
Leashes Sec. 5-22
All dogs and cats while on any street, public way or private premises
other than the premises of the owner, agent or keeper, shall be led by a
chain or leash not exceeding six (6) feet in length in such a manner as to
prevent such dog or cat from biting or otherwise injuring any person or
animal.
Running at Large Sec 5-23
Any dog or cat found at large or running in any of the streets, public
ways or upon the private premises of any person other than the owner or
keeper of such dog or cat shall be deemed and considered to be a public
nuisance. No person shall cause or permit any dog or cat owned or kept by
him to be at large within the village.
Injury to Property Sec 5-28 (b)
It shall be unlawful for any person to allow or bring their pet to or
on public parks or parkways, unless the pet owner has upon his person an
appropriate device with which to remove excrement from the parks or
parkways.
License Required Sec. 5-36
No person shall own, keep, maintain or harbor any dog or cat within the
village unless a license for the owning, keeping, maintaining and
harboring of such dog or cat shall first be secured as provided in this
division.
